Refund policy

This policy describes how refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled for MagikBull paid offerings. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Overview

Digital services and prepaid usage credits are consumed when you use the platform. Refund eligibility depends on what you purchased, how much was used, and applicable consumer protection laws in your region.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring subscription, cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund prior billing periods except where required by law or explicitly offered at checkout. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly with transaction details.

Credits and usage-based charges

AI credits, usage-based charges, and similar digital entitlements are generally non-refundable once consumed or allocated. Unused balances may be handled according to the plan terms shown at purchase (for example rollover rules, if any).

Trials and promotional offers

Trials and promotions may have additional restrictions. If a promotion states “no refunds,” that language applies for the promotional scope unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access pending resolution. Please contact us first — many issues can be resolved faster through support.

Email hello@magikbull.com with your account email, invoice or receipt reference, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
