Who this applies to

This policy applies to visitors of our marketing site, registered users, workspace members, and others who interact with the Services where we act as a controller or business (as defined under applicable law). When you connect advertising platforms, those platforms have their own privacy terms — this policy covers our processing, not theirs.

We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you use the Services:

  • Account and profile data: such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, and workspace settings you provide or that are created for your account.
  • Usage and device data: such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, diagnostics, and security-related events.
  • Customer support and feedback: messages, attachments you choose to send, and metadata needed to operate support tools.
  • Advertising and integration data: when you connect Meta, Google Ads, or other partners, we may receive tokens, account identifiers, campaign structures, performance metrics, and creative assets permitted by your authorization and partner APIs.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment processor(s); we generally receive limited billing metadata (for example subscription status), not full card numbers.

How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and improve the Services (including AI-assisted features you enable).
